An uneducated Kashmiri shepherd Lateef falls in love with a college-going girl named Chandani. To impress her, he impersonates a militant leader who happens to be a close ally of Osama bin Laden and attracts the attention of terrorists, Indian military as well as the CBI, leading to a series of hilarious events.
